SCBPMM Receives Grant from St. Luke’s Catholic Church in McLean, VA

• The $4,000 grant will go a long way to furthering our goal of providing access to healthcare and education to the poor in the Philippines.

Twenty-Fifth Anniversary Celebrations

• On July 27, 2024, SCBPMM celebrated its Twenty-Fifth Anniversary of working to support health care initiatives for the poor in the Philippines. Our committed volunteers and donors have raised over $1.6 million to help support medical care for the poor in the Philippines.

Annual and Ongoing Fundraising Initiatives

• Christmas campaign: A direct mail fundraising campaign held each year to raise funds in support of SCBPMM’s mission.
• International Monetary Fund Helping Hands: SCBPMM participates in the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) employee fundraising campaign.
• World Bank Community Connections: SCBPMM participates in employee fund raising campaigns at the World Bank.

Emergency Fundraising Initiatives

SCBPMM also provides support to well-established non-governmental organizations at the forefront of responding to natural disasters and environmental calamities. During Typhoon Ondoy in 2009 and Typhoon Gener in 2012 , SCBPMM supported the emergency relief missions of CHAP, FOLPMI and the Salesian Sisters of St. John Bosco in Metro Manila . SCBPMM also supported the emergency relief and resettlement programs of Xavier University after Typhoon Sendong hit Cagayan De Oro in December 2011.
